We help business owners make intelligent decisions about their business by providing them with up-to-date, accurate, and complete financial reports. These will include the foundational reports:

    Balance Sheet
  • The Balance Sheet: This report shows you the financial health, liquidity, and capitalization of the business at the specific point in time it is generated (usually the end of a month, quarter, or year). It shows total assets, total liabilities, and net worth.
    • Assets are what the business owns and are divided into current assets (cash, bank account balances, inventory, accounts receivable) and fixed assets (land, buildings, equipment, patents).
    • Liabilities are what the business owes and are divided into current liabilities (short-term loans, credit card debt, accounts payable) and long-term liabilities (long-term loans, mortgages, bonds).
    • Net Worth, also called capital, shareholder equity, or owner equity is what the business has left after liabilities are subtracted from assets. It is important to know this does not reflect the current market value of the business.
    • The balance sheet indicates a company's liquidity and is used to assess its ability to pay back debt. It is called a balance sheet because assets = liabilities + capital. This equation will always be in balance if your transactions have been entered correctly in your books of accounting or accounting software.
    • If you have unused credit on your credit card(s), this is noted on the balance sheet, but not included in the amounts.
    Income Statement
  • The Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement or Income Statement: This report shows you the income and expenses of the business and the net income or loss over a specific period of time (usually over the course of a month, quarter, or year). It lists the accounts from the chart of accounts for the business and the totals received or expended for each of those accounts. This report is crucial to monitoring the operational health of the business.
  • The journals, ledgers, and reports needed by the business' CPA at year end to create accurate tax reporting forms.

Digital Marketing for Small Businesses

Digital marketing is crucial in this digital world to compete in the marketplace for increased visibility and sales. Digital marketing targets your customer demographic based on interests, location, and behavior. Digital marketing is often more cost effective than traditional marketing. Most digital marketing can provide measurable results. Our digital marketing can include:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): SEO improves your visibility in search engine results.
  • Content: The right content attracts new customers and improves your customer loyalty. This includes a website, informative blogs, interactive online communities, help articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Social Media: Building a presence on social media platforms like Facebook (Meta), YouTube (Alphabet), TikTok (ByteDance), and Instagram (Meta) can increase brand awareness and engage potential customers.
  • Google Ads: Pay-Per-Click advertising and increasing rank in search results can greatly improve customer acquisition.
  • Email Marketing: Promoting products and nurturing relationships with current customers can increase customer loyalty and sales.
