Friends and Flirts was one of several communities on America Online (AOL) where we created editorial content on a weekly schedule.

We created this Logo and a website for Elmvale Farm where a newspaper style format was the only choice for a farm with an important story to tell.
Client for bookkeeping and administrative services operating internationally. We created a monthly newsletter, managed a retail section, and had full responsibility for managing finances, including check signing and direct management of bank accounts, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll. We reduced office supply expenses and accounting fees for this client.
Dating Tips and Advice was a channel screen on AOL for which we mined member content and researched member interest to create and publish marketing text on a weekly schedule.
We create year-round window displays for the Monmouth Museum Gift Shop, arrange their interior shelves, and are currently working on launching their website. Our large subcontract merchandising projects include retail establishments like Dollar General, Circle K, and Cumberland Farms where we set up or verify planogrammed displays and dress the shelves while restocking and cleaning.

1. You send us copies of your invoices, receipts, bank statements, and credit card statements through Google Dropbox, Google Drive, email, regular postal mail, or we can pick up from local clients.
2. We transfer the data from the documents you provide to the books of accounting.
3. Typically, the books of accounting are closed at the end of the month and financial statements are created. These include your primary reports: the income statement and balance sheet. We send these to you at the end of each month.
You may want reports on cash flow, budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. We compile reports based on your business needs.
That depends. We will file state reports like sales tax. If you have an accountant, no, we do not file your tax returns. Those need to be done by your accountant and we will provide the necessary reports and documentation to make that quick work for them. If you don't have an accountant, then yes, we can provide that service through our own Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Though we have and continue to use software programs for accounting and other functions when most efficient, including our own custom program in MS Access and MS Excel for budgets and analysis, and AI to speed up content creation and analysis, we do not need software to do something as simple as bookkeeping. No matter what software you use, you still have to enter the information, you still have to categorize the information, you still have to tell the software what to do with the information. If you have a small business or are just starting out, you don't need the added expense of a monthly fee to use an online software program. We are flexible and do whatever is most cost effective.
While we cannot guarantee these results for every client, our efforts have resulted in increased income or profits for clients and employers. We work hard for you because we have a personal stake in your business. Your success is our success.
Services like bookkeeping, website management, and social media management are ongoing. Services like employee hiring and training are on an as needed basis. A service like the business checkup is a one-time project. All of these services can be performed remotely through email, phone calls, texts, message boards, and video meetings.
As an example, the business checkup requires an in-depth look at how your business runs.
Our hourly rate is $25. Expect to pay extra for digital marketing, accounts receivable, payroll, financial analysis, content creation, and the assistance of our CPA. A website and domain name is a flat monthly or yearly fee. Our current provider is Dreamhost and their starter website cost is $34.68 for the first year. The cost of creating the website and content is additional and charged at our hourly rate.
